Bots in Betnikh Xbox NA: Ticket numbers

The bot epidemic on the Xbox NA server in Betnikh is out of control. The area where you have to kill wolves for the event quest is littered with them and it is making the event quest harder to complete. I reported all of them yesterday and here are the ticket numbers for each bot:

171219-001937
171219-001935
171219-001933
171219-001931
171219-001928
171219-001926
171219-001922
171219-001920
171219-001915
171219-001913
171219-001910
171219-001907

These bots have been at the event quest location EVERY SINGLE DAY since the event started. I don't care that it's the week before Christmas, I don't care that it's the holiday season, please get a Gamemaster on Xbox NA NOW to deal with this. Every single person who goes to do the event quest on Xbox NA sees this you are giving off the impression that these kinds of actions are OK and will not be stopped. This would be the equivalent of someone at my job telling me that a horde of rats got inside the building and then me proceeding to do nothing about it. This has been a bot-hot-spot for MONTHS and I have reported so many bots here and at other recurring locations. Gamemasters need to start having daily patrols to these areas on Xbox NA or this problem will never go away.

    Happening on EUPS as well.

I submitted a ticket, but no way I'm taking the time to type out the PSN or character names...it's all gibberish.

It's not even that hard to spot them - look for the mass of dead wolves, and the clanfears running amok while their "owners" stand still occasionally hitting a nearby wolf with a shock / resto staff.

There is also a constant bot farm on BleackRock by the Hjorknir Cave quest.

All sorcs, all lightning form, heavy attack, lightning wall.

I wonder, do the bots we report actually ever get removed?

I've reported a ton of bots on the starter islands and they're all still there. I've started reporting the accounts to Microsoft as well via XBL; maybe they'll actually do something about it.

Bots are literally everywhere. I made a post about how botting is obviously ok because its literally the same groups of the same accounts running the same rotations. That post then got deleted for talking about botting.

The first rule of bot club is dont talk about bot club.

Now this post will probably get removed for talking about past actions.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom said in a post a while back that they perma ban bots on the first offense, the way she said it made it seem like there is a strong swooping action whenever a bot is reported. I do not believe she indeeded to do so but that was clearly a lie. Bots are allowed to do their thing with no consequence. 10 million players, 5 million of which are bots.

edit: based on the article that recently came out, that would be 1.25 million monthly active bots :)
