Why can't we reply to in-game mail?

It would be really great if we could just reply to in-game mail instead of having to manually type out someone's name every time. This seems like a huge oversight to me. Anyone else agree?

    Not a minor, it's a huge problem if you have a habit on pressing e x every mail with attachments, I often forget to read who sends me what :/

    We tend to forget this, but the reply missing option was part of the huge amount of minor inconveniences that made people like "lol what ?...bye !" at launch

    It's a small thing, but annoying. And would seem a small fix to code as RTS function is already there so the mechanism is already there.

    Nah reply to mail is nonsense. Whenever someone sends me emails, i prefer to look through my endless list contacts until i find the person i am looking for, end up misspelling it and looking it up a few more times, instead of using the "reply to mail" function.
