Can't get to Crypt of Hearts II

Unlike some other dungeons (like Spindle Clutch) which have two versions, I can't reach the second version of Crypt of Hearts. Only Crypt of Hearts I is visible on the wayshrine map, Crypt of Hearts II is not an option.

Anybody know why I can't get to Crypt of Hearts II? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    If you manually walk up to the door and activate, can you choose I or II?

    Have you completed CoH1? I think you have to do that before you can access 2 (at least this was once the case, been awhile since I made a new character).

    I did the quest for CoH ages ago.

    If I walk up to the door, I get both options! But I still only see CoH 1 when I try to get to it on the map.
