In the Niben Bay, ENE of Bravil, on a small island, lies Fort Grief. (See Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion World map).
I think every PVP guild out there would want one of these for their guild hall.
- @ZOS, please add this as a player purchasable house.
- It would be constructed in the style of the keeps in Cyrodiil PVP areas.
- The entire island outside the keep would be usable.
- Slaughterfish would keep people from swimming away.
- It could be purchased with AP or Crowns (no gold option).
- Require Former Emperor or Grand Overlord achievement to purchase with AP.
