As soon as there is a single desync between my client and the server, I get one of these. I even got a pretty cool screenie for the same duration only a lot of (de)buffs not too long before being kicked out of the server (which was actually due to my internet RIP'ing). Nothin' to really worry about since it doesn't do anything.
