it is not so advisable to split your attribute points into multiple (stam and mag and health), but put it either all into magicka or all into stamina

Full list applies. All magicka costing abilities(except shields and sorc pets, again), scale with max magicka, spell damage, spell crit and spell penetration. All stamina costing abilities scale with max stamina, weapon damage, weapon crit and physical penetration. It doesn't matter whether it's morphed or not, only thing that matters is what resource it costs to use.
