If you had a technical, log-in or game issue you could try one of the support sections, you could also post your ticket number for the previous issue as it would let anyone who picked up on it check the previous tickets.

Normally most support has to go via their support or is picked up by some ZOS staff on the forums via the support sections, however as you said support couldn't help then I'm not sure what can be done other than if a ZOS staff member picks up the forums thread.
