The in gane names suggest a very low interests in the real Elder Scrolls, as such, just need to waste time not to die of boredom (reading a book is not a real option). Arv_Morvis✭✭✭Maybe for older players it's repetitive/mundane but for newer players such as myself it's a welcomed distraction.
I personally enjoyed roaming around Tamriel going to places i would never consider going to early into my game and even though i was somewhat hesitant to travel to unknown "enemy" lands i found the experience memorable and FUN! The Mud Ball Merriment in particular was a laugh, reminiscence to childhood shenanigans and hey i finally get to throw back "poo" to other players that have been doing it to me for days now
The visit to Shadowfen was more perilous though, trying to get to the New Life Fishing Holes was quite the experience, which mostly involved trying not to get killed by Crocodiles/Mini-Godzilla and angry flying balls.... and seriously the road network is like non-existent.
Overall i had loads of fun and i'm glad i partook of the festivities, plus the rewards are a nice touch
