Buff/De-buff Customization on Console

I was wondering what you console players think of having more customization regarding the buffs and de-buffs that are displayed on screen.....I know you have a few options in the menu but I think it would be easier to manage if you could choose what is shown.......for someone like myself who isn't used to these buff trackers I would like to see just the skill move icon and then build up to add more of the buffs/de-buffs that are associated with the skills

It would like something a little more informative simply because there are still some symbols I'm not sure of. But I know what the important ones are
at the same time, I love how simple it is and to add anything to it would take away from the simplicity. So I guess I'm neutral, I'm fine with the way it is but would at least try something else if it was added. (Super helpful reply, I know lol) 0 -
Camb0Sl1ce✭✭✭I don't really use them, the only ones I have activated are the long duration effects like food buff and stuff like that. I think its a lot of screen clutter. I would like a way to track ground based AOEs though.0 -
Dapper Dinosaur✭✭✭✭✭I would like to have an option to enable/disable buffs at an individual level, because when you have even a semi-competent build, even with permanent and long buffs turned off, you end up with this big bar of icons, most of which don't even use the ability icons they are tied to, meaning you have to try and figure out what those icons mean. There is no documentation of the icons in-game, when Zenimax could easily put the icons for the status effects in the descriptions of the items/passives/skills that cause said effects. It's a tiny square icon, Zenimax, do you really need to be told you need to have these icons listed somewhere for reference?0

eso-pedro✭✭I would like to choose what you want to see, not skill specific but bar specific for example instead of selecting a skill you want displayed as that would be too much info required, why not have options to have the buttons to show like "x" or "y" and the skill on the selected slot shows up.
I agree that the screen just fills up with lots of icons
These icons can be learned but will require you to check your character screen while buff is active.......and you will need to be quick for some of them lolXBOX ONE - EU

Eyesinthedrk✭✭✭✭✭I want to see off balance when it’s applied by a team member. Also slightly off topic but I want to have the option to see all my team members skill. It’s a bit harder to work cohesively especially when trying to help new players in a dungeon if you can’t see their AOEs0
