is it worth running on vamp or will vamp passive make the effect negligible

    The HP regen from troll king is affected by vampire ism. Doesn´t synergies well

    I'm 99% sure troll king effect isn't affected by vampirism, because it is a flat value. I will check it anyway when I'll hit home.

    Pretty sure it's not affected by vampirism, it works well on groups I heal.

    Honestly, health regen isn't particularly important to begin with. But, as far as I know, the Troll King is unaffected by vampirism. Vampirism modifies your base health recovery before Troll King increases it.

    As far as clarification goes I can only assume the majority here is correct. I've seen recent posts regarding the same thing and people saying it's wasted on a vamp due to the passives

    Troll king and ALL sources of health recovery ARE affected by stage 3 and stage 4 vampirism. I use it on my Vamp warden and i need to keep it at stage 2 orherwise the Recovery is wasted.

    Keep vamp at stage 1 2 and you wont have much issues.

    Yesterday I saw tank in Bekkeper (1-5 pieces is +health regen) and he was vamp, idk what he thought about
