Depends on the level of sickness - common colds and bugs I play as normal but had full on flu a while ago and did nothing at all but sit on the sofa and doze!
I'll play a little if I have a cold but don't do dungeons because I don't want to get on discord to have everyone listening to me sniffle and sneeze. When I had the flu, I didn't feel like playing at all.
Depends. Most of the time when I'm ill it's just a bit of a cough and/or a headache so I just carry on as normal.
There's been once since ESO came out when I was really ill - coughing, sneezing constantly and generally feeling miserable so I couldn't go to work but I was ok sitting at the computer with a blanket round me for short periods, so I could play games. Which is good because doing nothing is incredibly frustrating.
I've been lucky enough to never have flu or any other serious illness, but from what I've heard if you actually have flu you're really not up to doing anything except lying in bed.

I try to avoid anything with a great deal of concentration involved when I'm too ill to think clearly, so no Trials or PvP. Farming or something equally mindless is usually okay though.
When this one was a young Khajiit serving in the Imperial Navy, the Knahaten Flu was was going around.
This one managed, by luck and guile, to avoid it while it felled many unlucky shipmates.
This time this one is not so fortunate, and was hacking up furballs for the first week.
Even eating grass and throwing up twice a day behind the sofa has not returned this one to the vigor of a misspent youth.
Sadly, even moleasses do not sound the slightest bit tempting to this one.
But you can leave some outside the door, just in case.....

The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.
More, but sporadically because cold medicine makes me have motion sickness after a while of playing so I have to play for a while, stop until my stomach settles, try again, etc.
Exactly a year ago I got the flu for the first time ever (also had my first ever flu shot 2 months prior). I was down 3 weeks. I played more than usual, but it was all solo because I didn't want to get tired in the middle of group activity and be useless..
I've been sick on and off for a few weeks, and I've played more than normal I think. It takes my mind off the inability to breath, though I don't use the headset so I'm not the annoying coughing person.
One of the best things about playing on a laptop is that I can easily play in bed. I might not be competitive in PvP because mouse sensitivity is way off, but I can grind *** out easy.
