Yeah that's what I figured. Yet another quick-fix PR stunt. Actually going through to read and evaluate comments for helpfulness and relevance is something that takes time, effort and dedication to the details.

Not exactly something ZOS is known for. If they were, we'd have less bugs.

Kinda bummed they still don't care about us paying customers, only fellow eggheads that helped do their job for them....

But regardless, in this case, complaining really won't help.

Congrats to the winners, you guys probably deserved it, just a shame the rest of us get shafted.

In my personal opinion, everyone who had to deal with the issue should have been compromised, give extra to those that truly helped, but we still had to suffer, even if we just didn't have the know-how to help fix it. Not everyone is a code wizard

Where is te compesantion for the CUSTOMERS that have actual tickets on your customerservice? Maybe handle those tickets first oneway or another!

Did we NOT spend enough hundreds of euros on the game and "contribute" to you cause?

If you start compensating than start delivering to all of the ESO+ subscribers you screwed up with your cw update.

Also there plenty of people that have "contributed" on this and other areas on your PVP "Section" of your forums which you have pretty much ignored for more than year now.

So have we... but this was leagues worst. For about 1 month straight on PS4 it was practically EVERY loading screen. This wasn't the regular one-off, once in every 50 hours of playing load screen issues we faced beforehand.

I also got this email, to say I was surprised was an understatement. I was adamant that players who were members should get compensation as they pay to play, and because I was not I was happy not to receive anything. However I am not saying I won't take these crowns.... and I did comment a lot about these horrific screens.

Very impressed with ZOS in all. I hope all who encountered the loading screen problem on PS4 and Xbox through those weeks also got this. So Thanks for the free crowns zos, now I can buy more things for free, which I'm all for free things.

Didn't receive anything... Still having lags, random freezes and most of all disconnects. Yep, ZOS definitely cares about people who complain on this forum. Most of the people who waited out on this issue because they did not want to re-post the same stuff others already did got nothing in return.

Maybe those who did not receive the crowns posted too late, meaning that in the official long loading screens thread around page 10 there is an announcement that says something on the lines of "the problem has been identified and a fix is being tested internally before release", makes sense to me that anyone contributing the same information as other people did pre-page 10 were overlooked as by then the issue was resolved.
