I used to farm the tomb a lot... needless to say I've had better luck finding 5k purple morrowind furniture plans in traders. Found one plan at the tomb for an empty cup and two 5k purple plans in the traders ( trinket box and beastly planter).1 -

✭When you enter the tomb, do not move! Not 1 step! You need to /kowtow immediately and chanting pray to Zenimax the deadric prince of RNG. After every urn, /kowtow 3 times, repeat the pray. Werewolf have higher change to get epic loot because you can eat the rat after killed it.

No. Only thing that somewhat scales to player level are food recipes. Furniture recipes drop the same for everyone(as in they pretty much don't drop).0 -
@ClockworkCityBugs - I've only ever gotten green plans from pickpocketing. So I imagine if the correct sacrifices/prayers are made to RNGesus a purple one may drop... but I wouldn't count on it.0
