Trouble logging on US PC with "unexpected internal error".

Not sure what to do now since help.elderscrollsonline.com seems to just lead me right back here to the forum. I logged off to delete a couple of addons, hopped back on and can't get in now. Have already rebooted my computer. Steam is not down for maintenance. What else should I do now?
