I swear to god ZoS literally either watches me and knows what set I farm or how it coded in their game "This players is primarily wearing light, Let's not drop any light gear" I've done Tempest Island at least 12-13 times tonight now to farm Overwhelming Surge...I haven't seen a single Impen piece drop. I need 4 body and a 1h sword...And I can't get any of it to drop. Then most people in Activity Finder you ask them if they have it or if they can let you know if they get anything... *.2 secs after the final boss dies...Leaves the group*...Im so over it
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750

Lvl 50 EP High Elf Magsorc PvP (outdated)
Lvl 50 EP Wood Elf Nightblade (Currently my crafter)
Lvl 50 EP High Elf Magplar PvP (outdated healbot)
Lvl 50 EP Redguard Stam DK PvE (updating)
Lvl 50 EP Dark Elf Mag DK PvP

All my builds are outdated...I quit for a year lmao

    I feel this way too.

    When ever I’m not farming a set I get piece after piece of bis trait gear. When I start to farm a set I want to try it never drops maybe one piece like a waist after 2 runs or a hat then the next run nothing then the next the same damn hat or waist.

    They know what we are doing and it scares me

    Roll up a new character that is the opposite of the one you have now. Then you can use them to farm gear for the other.

    I really do believe ZOS has some kind of gear check tied to their RNG.

    When I'm tanking and looking for tank gear, I get healer and DPS gear.

    When I want medium DPS gear, I get heavy tanking gear and light healer/DPS gear. I'm looking at you medium Divines Velidreth shoulders. I opened 69 chests at once and didn't get a single Velidreth. It's like the game knew I was looking for Velidreth because I had just come out of CoS.

    I'm going to put on my tinfoil hat next time I'm looking for something specific to stop the game from reading my mind.

    Honestly, I'm farming Impen overwhelming surge currently, Needed 4 body pieces and a sword. I had gotten every trait but...Ive gotten every weapon practically besides a 1h sword...Now I have 3 of my 5 pieces I needed but all came from other players who were nice and gave me the pieces lol
