Got Kicked out of BG, Now can't login to character

What Happened?
I was playing BG and my fps kept dropping to like 2, so I changed my graphics settings. The screen froze for a bit then I was in the same map but got kicked out of the instance, since I couldn't attack anybody and nobody could see me. (I know because enemy players just ran by me). Then the screen froze once again and I had to login again. When I tried to login to this character it's giving me this stupid error. Please help.
