I'm happy to report that I just found another glitch in cyrodiil.

Anyone under the level 50 before that gain access to Champion Point system, if they are dead, and if still receiving EXP or Ap that levels them up, once they level up it's an automatic rez for them. I know, I was level 24 on a new toon, was dead, no one came by to rez me, and the battle inside the keep was giving me a little AP, just enough for me to level up to 25, was like 126 or so points, once I leveled up I automatically rez'd right up.
