Even if its not technically against the rules, after a few tries and only around a 180g haul each its incredibly ineficient.

This sounds like nothing more than log in/out container farming, which if I recall zos said was fine years ago. I don't feel like digging up anything on that but your free to search that and make a guess whether or not this is the same. Either way it is less effective than doing it to an area loaded with containers.
