Well, it is 3:20AM in their main time zone so it's understandable that their community representatives are asleep. Pele✭✭✭✭✭The servers probably aren't broken. It most likely has something to do with the fact that major U.S. ISPs are crapping out at the moment which is why the problem isn't universal, and lots of players are currently ingame and playing with no issues.
Next time you have connectivity issues, check downdetector.com and/or outage.report for your ISP.
Also, just so anyone (most of the U.S.) affected is aware, Centurylink (one of the worst ISPs on the planet) have recently merged with Level 3 (a major global Internet backbone). OP is obviously an idiot who doesn’t understand network functionality, but let’s try to make this a constructive thread and pinpoint the bad node, so at the very least we can know who to wave our torches at.

It sucks for the folks having issues. Luckily I've been in game with a steady connection and stable ping for well over an hour so it certainly isn't the servers crashing and the lag/dc isn't universal.

Has to be a problem on their network. I'm PC/NA in Texas, and my connection to this game is so bad it's virtually unplayable. Yet, I can play any other MMO, even ones in Korea, with no problems at all.
