Can’t get passed Morrowind screen (freezes then kicks me out)

Having issue logging into ESO and it freezes at the Morrowind screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling game and tried logging into another Xbox still same issue. Also tried clearing local data and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated and tried contacting ESO help but still have heard nothing back.

Fleshreaper✭✭✭✭✭Try doing a repair to the client. I had to do that several times before, I could get Morrowind to load.

Compton1865✭✭I've had this same problem - game was unplayable.
Restarting either the game or the Xbox did not work for me. The only thing that seemed to help was resetting my router. Despite all devices/games running fine, I've had nothing but bad luck with inability to log-in/crashes since the last major patch.MemoFromTurner

candonianSoul ShrivenI am having the same issue with the PC version. I bought the game on disc and when it finishes installing the fourth disc, it immediately jumps to updating with Morrowind. Then once the download is complete (which takes FOREVER!!!), it keeps telling me I need a code for Morrowind. Is there a way to skip the download or uninstall Morrowind? I haven't even had a chance to play EOS yet so I don't know if I want to download Morrowind. I don't want to pay for something I may not even want to play. I just want to try out Tamriel Unlimited (Vanilla). Any thoughts?0
