Is long overdue if you ask me, hopefully the team will consider adding the option eventually. There's some costumes and sets where the shoulders look terrible and ruin the look...please take it to the table next time you guys discuss cosmetic changes @ZOS_GinaBruno
Just take a look at how bad the floating shoulder pieces look on the Dark Seducer costume:
This costume would suit this character nicely if those shoulders were gone.
I know ZOS has more pressing issues at the moment, I would simply like this to be added at some time when the issues die down and you can give us quality of life improvements like hide shoulders or weapon dyes. Appearance matters in a game like this, it's the reason why people buy crowns and gamble them.

So I very much agree with having a hide shoulders option, it would make my chars look a lot better if they didn't have some crusty monster's skin on their shoulders.2 -

Heh, I'd love it if they expanded the gear slots. customize shoulders independent of one another, hands and feet as well. Though it'd royally fudge the current gear bonus system.0 -

Yep, some shoulders has to be hidden.
That's a real shame: it's the one Trinimac set. And it is mismatched: check the shoulders and chest penetration upfront.

The Khajiit armor looks so much better without the wings coming off the shoulder. Funny though, I didn't realize how strongly some people want this until I made a joke in guild about removing them. Wow, I think almost everyone wanted them toggled or hidden.
Now I can't help myself. I'm forever checking out other player's shoulders.
