Are Unusually Long Loading Screens back after Maintenance?

...first Delve I'm trying to enter after logging back on and you guessed it - Long Loading Screen. Reload game - Internal Error message, game loads after re-trying, try to enter the Delve again and you guessed it - another Long Loading Screen

Waited over 4 mins watching a spinning logo and nothing.
