last night i got this error. I had to replace game files with my back up copy and then patch up.
this morning and this afternoon, played fine.. --with very long loading screens in cyridil...
now this error again.

This could be caused by a program conflict or may be permission related. The first thing you can check is the following files are added as exceptions in your anti-virus or firewall program.- Bethesda.net_launcher: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\Launcher
- ESO.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\ZenimaxOnline\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso.exe
- Steam.exe: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe
