Current Steam ESO Plus in Argentina and other countries

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Anything about the lack of being able to purchase ESO Plus in Argentina via Steam since the conversion to local currency? I don't have a credit card so the only way i was able to do the eso plus was via Steamwallet, will you adapt new payment metods for the affected countries, or is something more related to Valve itself? I'd Like some answers at least, thanks.
