Combining two dropped sets is a pain in the hind quarters. That's why is better to have jewels and 2 body pieces from a dropped sets and weapons and 3 body pieces from a crafted one. Really easy to match.

Yeah, but if you're running Hunding's in raids, you'd better be running it on the 5 body pieces so that it stays active on both bars. Otherwise, you're better off with Briarheart. NMG is different, you want to run that on the weapons however. It really depends on the set combo you're going with since support sets are worn optimally in different ways.
