This quest, which occurs on Khenarthi's Roost, the starter zone for Dominion characters, is bugged. In one sequence, you are given a choice of drugging a guard or forging a letter from his lady, to draw him away from his post. However, the Inkwell and Blank Paper on the desk in the bottom hall can't be interacted with. The game SAYS they can, but interacting with them does nothing.

I experienced this bug on PS4 NA server while in Khenarthi's Roost. I logged out to see if it would fix it but it didn't. I also noticed everyone else was having this issue during the quest as well.0 -

✭Did you talk to the sea elf woman sitting at the table downstairs first? She is the one who mentions about his lady friend which triggers the ability to interact with the ink well and paper.0
