Recently, when I queued random as dps for 10m stories event. It take me a ridiculous amount of time to wait due to the lack of healer and tank in ESO. In my mind , I can enjoy tank or heal in PvE but I'm a huge fan of assasin compat system when PvP. So I wish that Zos can make a system similar to dual talent system of Wow, it's very convenience and it give people more freedom, more important it will give us more healer and tanker. I think it's time for ZOS think about it seriously

while I certainly wouldn't object if it was offered, the current CP system with diminishing returns sort of DOES allow multi-speccing, just so long as you don't ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO SQUEEZE EVERY LAST DROP out of a particular CP line...

that and swappable skills, gear sets - with everything but PVP and the most hard-core no-death-world-time-beat trial run stuff, you CAN in fact multi spec - yah, takes up a little space in inventory having to carry a second set of gear, and it IS annoying that you basically have to turn to addons to quickly and easily swap between gear sets and skill sets (somebody just updated alpha gear to be current which is one of my favorite addons), but i've got a tank build and a dps build for my NB, and I don't pay a cent (in game or real) to swap out my cp's...and while I'm certainly not godlike, I have tanked vet trials, so...there's that

Sssh, quiet child. Pick a role and learn it. Don't become a jack of all trades but a master of none.

Has someone who tried to convince us that he could heal a vet trial in werewolf form, he was very quickly kicked from both the trial and the guild.

    why not?

seriously, why not? this game isn't hard enough at any level but the most epeeny competitive pvp level to merit wasting time, energy, and in-game currency desperately trying to squeeze out maximum numbers when above average #'s in 2 fields will work just fine...

The CP system actually does the opposite, it forces you to further specialize for optimal performance. Offering several CP setups to switch between at no cost has been requested since it's introduction.

PS: I get what you were trying to say, but with it's diminishing returns the CP system just makes running several roles/builds more conceivable than without the diminishing returns; but it's still worse than simply without the CP system.

I maybe PvP hardcore player but I still can be cansual PvE player who will alway stick around normal mode where PvE hardcore player never touch and lead to consequence lack of tank and heal in cansual PvE

I have used it, but it only switch your gear, you still need gold and alot of time to reset your skill morph and cp. You can not probably do well in your role without probably skill morph and cp

then you don't know your class good enough, i can tank and heal on my warden just fine with a skill change and armor change. i could do the same with my templar and i tank/dps on my stam dk, i get around 25k-30k dps too, so you need to learn your class.

How many builds does people have here.
On my templar I have overland, stealth, pvp, dungeon dd, dungeon heal, trial heal, and just added an higher dps healer build for normal dungeons.

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Dressing room and similar addons work good for PC.
You dont need to change skill morphs or cp for casual pve. That includes everything that isnt endgame trial scoreruns

I'm pretty sure that I could heal any dungeon whose mechanics I know on a magicka sorcerer. Group DPS would be higher if I did it on a templar instead, but not by a huge amount.

Conversely, when I run a templar as a damage-dealer, DPS isn't all that much less than I get on a sorcerer.

Just put a heavy armor with golden health glyphs into your bag and level up your 1h+shield skill line. Then queue as DPS/Tank. I do that all the time with my MagSorc (with 3-stat food) and StamBlade. Tanked every dungeon with HM except Bloodroot forge HM (will thry that once I get my Sorc's armor to full sturdy). DDs may complain about the lack of chains but it still get the dungeons done.
