did they change crystal frags in the last update?

After the update that just happened yesterday me and a buddy both noticed its been much harder to use crystal frags. We would be trying to use it 3 or 4 times and it just wouldnt fire. It was almost like they changed the aim on it or something but it seems like it needs to be aimed perfectly on the enemy or something because before it was easy to fire and now its a job just to actually get the skill to work. anybody else notice this?

I'm on Xbox, I did not notice frags being harder to cast. I've noticed abilities in general being touchy

i ran vma on my sorc today and honestly found my skills (particularly a frag proc or execute) not firing when i want it to....frustrating and slowing my run down...i assumed it was lag.

I tested, and I didn't see frag standing out.

I had trouble getting my shields to fire, I was having difficulty during some times to get anything to fire.

Had 3 duels, in each one, hit a moment like getting stuck in a heavy attack, but without the heavy attack.

On my Warden, had a hell of a time getting Shalk to fire reliably.

I don't think it's just any one ability

I'm on pc, macular. It's been happening to me as well, I kinda put it off as my mouse was going out (Razer naga hex).
