Reporting terms of conduct breaches

It's probably obvious and I just missed it, but I can't figure out where to report someone outside of the game. I have screenshots of someone breaking the terms of conduct on stream but they are on a different platform than me. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Click support at the top of the page here, log into support using your account information, and I am pretty sure you can open a ticket from there to report someone.

Edit: If you see them in the game, it is easier to do it in the game, though, then do the above to open the ticket you wrote in the game to add a note with a link to the evidence (or the file, if you can do an attachment)

Quick additional note: Reporting from in game also gives some in-game data that's helpful like time and place which can help get a report investigated faster.
