Asking for assistance with Templar build

Ok, ESO forumgoers, ol' Lord Arena25 needs some assistance with a couple...reliable...Templar builds.

I just reached Level 42 with my main Templar (yeah, I haven't unlocked Champion points yet, that's currently my highest priority), and today I decided that I want to get 2 reliable Templar builds to help me with finishing all 3 faction storylines and then go to work on the DLC if/when I ever decide to pony up and purchase them (which will happen around the same time I pay off these student loans).

However, I need some help with getting the 2 builds together. Here's what I need:

-Templar Build 1 must be a healing role.
-Templar Build 2 must be either a damage or tank role (preferably tank, but I'll settle for a damage build).
-Templar Build 1 will have a restoration staff equipped.
-Templar Build 2 may have any weapon EXCEPT restoration staff equipped.
-Both builds must be magicka based, if at all possible. (Though I will be lenient on Templar Build 2 being Stamina if need arises).
-Both templar builds will be going up against PvE activities mainly. I do not care if the builds suck in PvP, just that they are great for PvE.
-Armor for both builds will be 5 light + 2 heavy.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks!

Here,s an easy mode solo build with recommendations to make it better in PvE:
(this is in no way a real 'competitive' build)

Role: Tank, sub healing and dps

    HP: 32 (total around 38-39k)
    STAM: 32 (total around 23k)
    MAG: 0 (total around 20k)

TBS: Lady, Warrior (to change according to role)
Warrior-Poet (for maximizing skill bars, no need for res buffs)

    5H, 1M, 1L

    Skills (solo)
2H: rally, uppercut, execute, FG passive boost, temp purge - ultimate: FG (all in all gives around 10-15k dps, making things much more enjoyable solo)
Resto: Siphon, taunt, rushed ceremony, FG circle, Rune - ultimate: temp healing

the idea solo is to do as much dmg a spossible while being tanky as hell and having additional healing to support w/e.

When switching to healer, I swith the warrior mundus stone for more healing and slot moreresto staff heals (the taunt obviously dissapears). The fact i have so much health and tankyness allow me to concentrate on healing non-stop even though the heals arent as powerful. I never need to heal myself, I can additionally through purge around and cast AoE defensive buffs that help the team too. For full tank i can swap the Resto staff for a full on S&B tanking bar, but honestly its just to get the S&B aggro, the purge + taunt is more than enough to aggro most groups normally if the dps are quick to dispatch. When fights drag on and start losing aggro and casting taunt individually does end up costly.

This build and the quick tweaks i can do through skills and mundus is more than enough to do vet dungeons as tank OR healer. It will however probably be subpar for trials. Thats where you can modify it. Swapping Stam for Magicka will let you end up with a better healer/dps version, and a more regen oriented tank (jabs). You can also replace the gear but i really like the stats that TBS and warrior poet give (that hp!)
