Did not get a box.

After trying to create a group for half an hour (invites not working, leaving group not working), and spending another half hour just to get the group finder working with an already full group, we finally got ported in and completed the dungeon. I did not get a box, my mail is not full. When will I get my box? @ZOS_GinaBruno

Maybe I misunderstood how it works. But I thought it had to be done ONLY with the random Group Finder, and not any sort of pre-made groupings.

Where’s the original thread? I didn’t get a box either and I just completed a random vet.

I've done 7 dungeons in a row, via the random group finder and have not received a single box.

To me this is just one more RNG grind disappointment

The others did get a box, it was just me that didn't get one. So pre-made groups are eligible.

some were saying if youve already done dungeons today (before event) ; you would not get one.

its like the premium undaunted rewards for the group finding daily.

You can still queue up for randoms in a premade group, even as a 4 man.

The problem you are likely having is that this daily is not a 'daily.'

Most daily quests roll over at about 1 am EST.

Randoms, it seems, (or at least the first Premium reward email, which is what you're looking for) are on a timer of about 20-24 hours.

So if you have one alt that does theirs at 10am, and another that does theirs at 10pm, they will only be eligible for the bonus about 20 hours later (or the same general time).

Two bits of good news (maybe three)
    1. The randoms you've done don't reset the Premium rewards 20 hour timer
    2. You'll still have time to get your rewards box for 'today,' since the event goes from 10 am to 10 am (If you complete it at 6am tomorrow, it should still count for this 24 hours period, basically)
    3. It's easy to spot when a character is ready - pull up the RDF, look at the rewards and look for both the purple Premium (vs the blue) and the Mystery rewards box shown in gold on the same.

So, you still have time, and should still get your rewards.

It's not as intuitive as it could be, but it does seem to work properly. (It's why some of us specifically skipped Randoms yesterday)

That makes sense, I guess. I was doing random vets last night, so my premium hasn’t reset yet.

Lol, I can't believe the problems people have. It clearly states 1 box per character per day. You simply use the random group finder, normal or vet, and you instantly get the box in mail when done. If you don't get it, you managed to screw up very simple instructions. Good luck everyone and have fun.

The instructions was clear, do a Random Dungeon through the Group Finder and get a box once per character per day.
They did however not say anything about it being tied to the first daily random dungeon (purple).

It doesn’t state that the box is tied to the premium undaunted rewards.

It doesn’t state that if you ran a random dungeon the night before, you would have to wait for the dungeon daily reset.

    @Katahdin except you don't.

The only thing randoms care about is the final boss - that's what triggers the completion. Undaunted pledges only care about the bosses listed, often skipping certain mini-bosses. Even the first time quest for a dungeon does not require a full clear, in most cases.

The only thing you need all bosses for is the specific achievement associated

I've gotten pulled into RGF's at the final boss more times than I can count, and you still get the rewards just fine..

@ereboz, I've had one out of many that didn't reward the box, so it is possible it can glitch. All alts were on the same time schedule and done in a specific order. RDF was purposely avoided the night before.

If you want to give someone grief, then give it to ZoS for making a 20 hour timed reset have the tooltip of a daily - all the rest of which roll over at 1am whether you did them 23 minutes before, or 23 hours.

You can check whether your "daily" for any character is available by going to the group finder/party screen (P by default on kb+m) and clicking on "Dungeon Finder" in the list to the left. It will show whether you are eligible for a daily (purple undaunted reward + mystery box) or if you are still on cooldown it will show a blue undaunted reward instead.

And to respond to another post in the thread, you do not need to kill all bosses to get the random daily reward (including mystery box) - have been happily skipping some bosses during the event and still getting rewards. It doesn't work the same as pledges, only the final boss is required.

Join the line bud. Still no response from ZoS on the issue. Might take till the end of the event for them to figure it out (and even then I expect we miss out on a box).
