Ebon/Dragon VS Ebon/Torugs VS Ebon/Alkosh For PVE Dungeon and Trial Tank

Finally got my tank to level 50. I currently have a set of Ebon and Dragon in the bank and wanted to know whats best. I know it depends if either you want to provide constant Warhorn or reduce the enemies armor. Considering all the passives for armor debuffs and all the other ways to reduce the enemie's penetration, wouldn't it be better to run a set that helps maintain Warhorn uptime.
What are your thoughts?

    Analyse your group a choose what works best. There is no “trivial” or “best” setup. Tank gear is ALWAYS situational.

    Why is torugs still good ? Won't infused alone give a proc on cooldown for crusher enchant?

    if youre going to tank trials you will want to have all sets/combos. different boss fights require different things from tanks.

    That is alot of gear grinding. Im mainly a Dps, decided to make a tank in order to help others when they are in need of a tank, but if it will cost me to go crazy farming all these sets, ill just stick to dps haha
