Zos what DID you DO ? Shield play ench not working

I was PvPing in Cyro with my Guard Tank and everything was OK first 3 hours Until 1 Hour ago My stamina started to drop FAST AS HELL while blocking , so i went to stormhaven to check the block cost on monsters and Oh My something was very wrong , my vblock cost with 3 shield play enchantments was 700 per hit and without the 3 shield play enh it was 800 .
SO WHAT THE Heck did you do guys ? Did you left some drunk kid to play in the Server Room ?

✭It affects all , u discoveres it is only hapening on my warden , on my DK my block cost is 120 stamina like it should be . I will upload video.0
