So what makes you click insightful Vs Awesome, or agree?

Just curious what is your rational when you choose to click one of these options. As I see over time we accumulate these clicks of peer approval sometimes i find them odd. Like when i make what i think is a sarcastic joke, i would expect someone of similar humor to agree or awesome it, but i'm surprised how often these get insightful approvals. I know for me, i agree when i you know agree, if i find something super entertaining i'll awesome it, and when i find something has great thought behind it, or it changes my view then ill go with insightful.
Just curious what others are doing.

I usually press the "agree" button if I agree, the "insightful" if I found the post insightful and "awesome" if the post was awesome. might be just me though

Insightful has two meanings these days. One means insightful and the other means LOL.

I think awesome should be changed to lol

I use insightful if someone says or explains something. I use agree if I agree. I use awesome if it's funny or really bad ass comment

"Insightful" to troll.
"Agree" when the message is boring and right.
"Awesome" when it's ight and funny (or sometime blatantly wrong).

I used to awesome messages with funny memes and aggressive tones.
No more.
I've come to realise the last thing these forums need is more memes and aggressive posts.
I think awesomes actually entice people to post BS and be aggressive towards one another.

insightful usually means you just told the world something both revealing and a little peculiar about yourself in your post...

for example - I generally prefer playing eso in the nude

i roll a 6 sided dice.
2 is insightful
3-4 are agree
5-6 are awesome

1 means save throw failed and i just got stabbed

Insightful: post offers informative content and/or further insight into a topic. If I gain knowledge I didn't know before, I give it an 'Insightful'.

Agree: post makes an argument, offers a perspective or a suggestion that aligns with my own feelings or thought-process.

Awesome: post makes me laugh (in a good way). Post expresses success at something, so I give an 'awesome' to express congratulations. Post expresses an argument, perspective or a suggestion in an exceptional way.

If you just learnt something, you may want to press "Insightful", but you'd have to agree that the sole reason for this post is to make you choose between "Insightful" and "Agree", and that such devious means are obviously tools of an evil genius that are deeply ironic, therefore you might be tempted to press the "Awesome" button.

Your 4th option available is to to press the quote button and add a gif varying from the "You w00t m8" to "*** did I just read", or any deeply sarcastic comment you think might fit the situation.

Your 5th and final option is to not answer and be in a psychological state varying from confusion to deep trauma. If you happen to be in the later, here is a gif to get your morale up:

I usually agree to agree
Awesome if whatever makes me giggle like a little school girl.
And Insightful if I think the post is spiffy.
If there is doubt I usually Insightful. It seems to be the least used, So I use it as the fill in.

Insightful = new, relevant and detailed information about concrete matters in game (ex. how to play certain mechanics in X dungeon or how a build works)

Agree = I simply agree with the post's content

Awesome = funny comment and/or hard to get achievement be it official (ex. first clear of X HM trial) or unofficial (ex. well dressed character or furnished home)
