Yes, templar is fairly boring to DD with. However they make excellent healers.
Problem is that an healer build is even more boring for DD even overland, radiant aura help a bit pulling stuff

I can’t say any of them are reallly boring. I’ve enjoyed leveling up every one of my toons. I’m admittedly not very good at any of them but they’re all fun to play. I’ve never been bored by them.

As a healer, my Temp rotation is

Breath of Life > Go make a sandwich > Breath of Life > Play a little bit of animal crossing > move out of red spot occasionally > Breath of Life > Go call my granny and listen to one of her hour long stories about relatives I don't know because it's more interesting than playing Templar healer > Breath of Life...

Sometimes I chuck shards or orbs now and then, when I'm not asleep on my keyboard.

Mag sorc.

There's a reason the VMA leaderboards is competitive in the Sorc class and nothing else. It's easy to run on a sorc. I play a MagSorc and I love it only because I love my combat pets but its so easy and becomes boring.

Honestly, I don't think any class is boring as a whole. If I really had to say one, I would say DK is my least favorite.

My favorite is playing Magicka Nightblade DPS-Healer, but I think Stamina Nightblade melee DPS or sniper is boring.

I like playing a Stamina DPS Templar, but find the generic healer build is boring.

So on so forth, I don't really like playing the "generic version" of each class. Been there, done that, seen it one hundred times in 100 games.

Um... hate to break it to you but anything STAMINA is designed to be focused on weapon use, there are very few class Stamina abilities period. StamSorc are also my most fun to play, but thinking of trying Stamblade next. Dragonknight is my least favorite- I don't enjoy having to be stuck in melee range all the time and since Dragonknights are designed to be tanks- ever heard of a ranged tank?

I like Magplar for its survivability, but as others have noted, pretty boring over time.

Mag sorc all day every day. I pvp and there is like one build and that's it. And it's a boring stand at range and spam things build while keeping that stupid shield up 100% of the time instead of actually reactively defending myself.

Most fun is magicka dk, especially with ferocious leap.

Magsorc is boring and repetitive. Not to mention having to turtle in cancershield. Ever since bringing a harem army of pets got nerfed. Stamsorc is the funner of the two classes. Magplar is boring, long casts, slow/clunky feeling. Stamplar might be better, I don't know.
