...veiled strike. When are piercing mark and/or cloak being fixed? When are you going to do something about Miats?

I only play 1 character (NB), whats wrong with temps...
*sigh* I am sure when all the above demands are fixed people will still come and rant something else isn't fixed.
Maybe some fixes take longer than others? Just because it's acknowledged or worked on doesn't mean it's simple.

In the case of Templars they are kind of going for a world record.

It's because we see this every update. Some issues get fixed but because they didn't fix every bug currently logged or having been reported we get these kinds of threads. "Oh I see you can fix this, but not this" and more often then not it's done in a sarcastic, demanding or snarky way.*sigh* I am sure when all the above demands are fixed people will still come and rant something else isn't fixed.

How is it demands...either something is working as described/intended or it isn't...you don't need to be disparaging to the customers as part of your job title.
I wish my job was to play ESO.SGT_Wolfe101st wrote: »*sigh* I am sure when all the above demands are fixed people will still come and rant something else isn't fixed.

I know as "Community Ambassador" you kinda have to White Knight it in ZOS' defense but you can't be serious. Some of these issues have persisted since launch, LAUNCH! And with every "fix" there are twice as many breaks. I can't fathom the line of code that makes this game, but that's not my job, my job is to play the game. Their job is to make is work, and more often than not it is one step forward and three steps back. Lastly this is civil, I see X is fixed, where is Y? This wouldn't be the first time that something was out and out missed and never addressed again. In your opinion should we not address issues as we find them, should we just come here and sing the praises of ZOS and never mention a bug or error or remind them when something has lingered for 2-3 years?

Please point to where I told people to shut up.So some of NBs must important pvp skills are broken and community ambassador tells us to shut up...yeah cause ZOS has a reputation of fixing stuff on their own.

There are more constructive ways to ask about updates or remind ZOS of issues than complaint threads or snarky posts.

There are better ways to ask for the information. In the past people would go to the Natch Potes thread of the day and discuss the patch, maybe ask if there was an update on X bug and ZOS if they had time would come make a comment, we seem to have lost that.I wish my job was to play ESO.SGT_Wolfe101st wrote: »*sigh* I am sure when all the above demands are fixed people will still come and rant something else isn't fixed.

@Tevlak just to clear things up I am not a member of ZOS nor do I speak for them.
You can find more information on community ambassador programme here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/173260/esotu-community-ambassador-program
Yeah no it was a misreading which is why I edited. Sorry I was just having a conversation to clarify it with someone else and brain was on that trail of thought.@Tevlak just to clear things up I am not a member of ZOS nor do I speak for them.

Sry could you please point out where exactly I suggested you are a ZOS Member?
Cause in my opinion we are just two people with different reactions to ZOS customer service and problem/Bug Handling.
@Tevlak they generally don't reply to snarky threads as much as constructive ones in the bug reports. Gina has been posting in a number of threads over the last couple of weeks making notes on which bugs are tracked and which needed some more information.
Edit nevermind, misunderstanding.
