Only problem is that most vampires aren't sun immune.

    Also, who are the Telboth?

I take you want them to have different abilities which would just lead to more balancing issues.

The Tsaesci are vampire like, not true vampires. They're an Akaviri race, not a bloodline of vampires.

The only immediate bloodline I can think of is the Cyrodiil Vampyrum Order. At least if you must fight Molag Bal you can still pay respects to the other affiliate prince, Clavicus Vile.

Personally, I have no interest in vampires. I'd be ok with different types being mentioned in quests and ingame books (which already exist) but I would not like to see ESO become vamp-centric.

Personally I have no interest in Theives, Assassins, or for that matter Vamps, doesnt mean they all cant make decent DLC.

The Tsaesci are a race of Akavir. They are sometimes described with Vampiric properties, but we can't yet be certain. Regardless, calling a strand "Tsaesci" is like calling a strand "Breton" or "Nord."
    With cold regards,

No, this game is already pretty much Vampire Scrolls Online, they'd have to add a lot more to the werewolf skill line to make it fair. It's already super unfair as it is. Everyone praises vampires and kicks werewolves like unwanted stray puppies.

I'm already annoyed everyone picks ww and vamp for stat bonuses etc...

If it onlyhad impact on immersion and story (and cosmetics), I'd say sure. go for it.
But that isn't the case. So no. nothing. Vamp and WW skil lines should be brought down on par with DB and TG skil lines.
From there, I would have no issue with making multiple morphs (more than just 2) per skill unlock according to 'bloodlines' etc...

But again. They are too central to the game right now with a large portion of players disliking 'having' to be them. Fix that first.

Most people rarely pick WW for stats and if they do, they regret it later, get cured and either go normal or go vampire.

Vampires are the real culprit of stat chasing.

I would but the only reason the ESO strain exists is so it explains that they arent affected by sun light making them compatible with the game.

As oppose to other TES games where sunlight is a real hassle for vampire strains.

Only because vampires get to use more than 1 bar of abilities when benefiting from their passives.

For playable, no. It'd be a pain in the arse to manage weakness to sunlight, which is totally out of the player's control, in game. ("Oh, it's daylight in this new outdoor trial? Enjoy your constant DOT!")

Lore to expand on vampires without introducing them as playable would be fine, though. I think that already exists, like the Bosmeri ones in Greenshade that I totally remember the name of.

I'd love to see more of the Tsaesci period.

I don't know if they could balance different abilities for each strain, but if they just wanted to give them each a questline and expand the lore that would be fine with me. :)

Now we are getting somewhere, a plausible idea would be to introduce Special Vampire Polymorphs that cosmetically outline the other possible vampire types (Including the good looking ones.) without incrementally affecting the one Vampire Skill line.
If you see me anywhere. Know that I am sitting back with a bag of popcorn, watching as ESO burns the goodwill of its player base with practices that only disrespects the players time like it did to me and many others...

If a game does not respect your time, best thing to do is move on from it and find something else.

Lorewise you can only be fully "embraced" by Lamae Bal herself, since Molag Bal stole your soul and turned you into deadra-like immortal. So you can't have multiple bloodlines, you only have one "parent".

It cannot be seen, cannot be felt,
Cannot be heard, cannot be smelt,
It lies behind stars and under hills,
    And empty holes it fills,
It comes first and follows after,
    Ends life, kills laughter.
