My ps4 can't play ESO.

My best friend and my brother have their TVs and ps4s next to mine so we can all play eso but after CWC update. Whenever I log on I get booted to the menu. I luckily got to play for 5 mins and went to PvP but then it froze. My ps4 does have an annoying loud fan. Maybe my ps4 is damaged and I can't play? I can play every game my brother and friends play but not ESO with them. Right now I'm not really freaking out because I'm into star wars right now, but what will I do when it hits me that I can't play my number 1 game I based my psn name after.

Thats a good idea, I was thinking that might work too but I uninstalled it a couple days ago and reinstalled. The same problem is still here.

My only other idea is you sure you have an internet connection with the permission for online play? But then ESO has an error message for that in the Server select screen and you say it just crashes repeatedly.

If this is happening JUST with ESO you'll have to open a support ticket with em and tell them your problem. When you do you'll get an automated response. Just reply to that email and then you'll get an actual person.

Have you ever cleaned your ps4 out by taking it apart? Have you ever rebuilt to database in safe mode? If your ps4 fan is at max speed without any games open you have a problem.

How fast is your internet? Anything less then 30g would not be easy for 3 people to play a mmo at the same time on.

Do you delete your save file monthly?

Have you changed dns setting for optimal performance? Have you tried googles dns settings?

P.S. If you are trying to pvp just give up now and download Warframe for something fun to play.

Before you do something like opening your ps4 or going through hours of re-downloading the game, try rebuilding your ps4 database. Here's a article from Playstation Universe on how and why you should do this regularly.

Crap thats a lot to do. I did watch a you tube video on how to clean the dust out for the fan. So I did open up a part of my ps4 and did some cleaning but it can't be my Internet because my friend and brother sitting 1 foot away playing ESO are fine. We all use the same connection. I really think its probably my ps4 but it was still playing ESO great with only an annoying fan being the problem before this update. I can wait for now but I have a pretty bad itch not being able to collect all my mail and 1vx those poor players in my bruma.

Thanks for the replies though. Once I start getting my eso flame back I might be motivated to try those options above.

Re-building your database on the ps4 is the equivalent of a PC repairing the client....just sayin'.
It's a good idea to do that for your system in general, not just for ESO.
