Unusual long load screens

I keep getting unusual long load screens ever since the Clockwork City DLC and when ever I travel or respond in Campaign almost everytime I get the load screens. My Download speed: 113.81, Upload speed: 5.41, Pocket Loss: 0% and Latency: 72 ms, is there anyway to fix this unusual long load screen from happening?
