Remedying PSN EU Black Friday Morrowind mispricing mistake?

The extra marketing with the Nix-Ox bonus for Morrowind owners coinciding with a Black Friday sale was obviously a good idea. Unfortunately it seems that someone might have done a mistake when registering prices for PSN EU so the current advertising is quite possibly in the category of 'False Advertising'.
When opening the game (which one has to own to open) the message-of-the-day (MOTD) happily announces that Morrowind is 50% off, but unfortunately it is not. Only the "new game bundle" is 50% off, but cannot be bought by someone who already owns the base game. "Clicking" Upgrade inside the game does not give any discount at all, in contrast to what the message just seen says. Buying just the "Morrowind chapter" is only available some time next week according to a recent update on your own site. So the MOTD happily announces a discount that does not exist at the moment.
It is obviously not what was intended (as somehow it only happened on PSN EU), and mistakes happen. Since such snafus happen, I hope any bonus offers will be available during the actual sales period of the Morrowind chapter also for PSN EU customers who buy the Morrowind chapter (between 11/28 until 12/6, see below for your own info).

I'm starting to get used to the fact that EU PS offers have a high chance of not being as advertised.
Not interested whether its down to ZOS or PSN but it does mean that when they want to hype store stuff up the best I can now manage is "Meh".
Also don't expect anything to happen, most likely both sides will just point at the other and say "see them over there"EU PS41
