So, with these load times, if I buy a crown potion, food, etc., then I get an endless load screen in-game. Does the timer stop? If not, then it seems that I not getting what I paid for...
I was always wondering, why do you people buy crown potions and food, when you can craft them yourself so easily without RL money .
PC EU (PL): 14 characters. ESO player since 06.08.2015. Farkas finest quote: "Some people don't think I'm smart. Those people get my fist. But you, I like."
If you're loading screen is longer than 10 seconds, by now you should know to reload the game, at which point the timer stops on said food, scrolls etc.
Thats actually a very true statement, if you paid money for crown items with a timer, you legally should get whatever good(s) you paid for. FTC is everywhere. ESO could argue though that once you buy the item(s) the transaction is over. I dont think anyone could do anything though unless you filed a class action lawsuit, but i dont think many would do it or want to wait the years it takes to go through all to only earn back 1 dollar and change(give or take) for everyone effected. But yes it could be a legal issue if one decided to make it. Read up on it if you would like.

If I re-loaded my game at every loadscreen longer than 10 seconds then I would be re-loading my game at every loadscreen.

I don't have issues the game that I play has issues. And yes I'm well aware of them. It's impossible not to be. Welcome to the game on Xbox.
