I'm not trying to witch hunt or be a little 'cry-baby-snowflake', but I know for a fact ZoS does not support this type of behavior and it seems that reporting these messages never gets anywhere.
You shouldn't even need to qualify your request with this, but yeah. Of course the irony of being called a snowflake is always from people who desperately need things to stay the way they are because their egos are too fragile to handle a legit request to be a better person and treat others better. They perceive it as a personal attack. How sad is that for someone to invest their identity is being able to say hateful, dehumanizing things about others without being accountable? If that's your aesthetic, seriously rethink.
ZOS "officially" does not support this kind of thing but I know too that reporting players is pretty worthless. I found that out very early on when I had someone use the in-game mail system to send me misogynist and racist messages. When I reported it, all I got what a message saying if I didn't like what that person said to me, I should put them on my ignore list. I not so kindly told ZOS, also to no avail, that they were condoning this by allowing this person to use their in-game communication system in this way without any consequence. I doubt that got to anyone higher than a bottom rank customer service employee, if any eyeballs saw it at all.
BTW, if any ZOS employees sees this, I'd like to request expanding the number of player we can add to our ignore list, because mine's constantly full. And aside from a small handful of people who gave me problems for other reasons, nearly all are people who said hateful, bigoted things in zone chat or directly to me or other players I know.

Thank you for using that quote because I clearly said "I"...as in "I" don't mind it. I'm saying that other people do mind it, and it would be nice if we tried to be better. But, apparently as a registered republican I'm some sort of super-liberal-buzz-word-using-agenda-pushing-socialist LOL.
