Not sure if there is one (almost certain there isn't) but a pirate ship and/or house boat would be an awesome ph. I RP a pirate merchant character and having my own boat would be immersion x1000.

✭✭✭✭If you own Daggerfall Overlook, there's a ship on the beach near the house, you can jump out of the housing area and build some stuff on this ship (and in half of the Glenumbra).
