Absolutely insane lag?

I can barely do anything. Interact with objects, decorate my house, etc. I've crashed 7-8 times today alone. Even trying to talk to guild mates it would take a good 20 seconds here and there for my message to get through. What is up with this?
Yes, I do heartily repent. I repent I had not done more mischief; and that we did not cut the throats of them that took us, and I am extremely sorry that you aren't hanged as well as we.

    I have had 0 lag, no crashes and smooth gameplay today. No issues at all playing.

    I just got dashboarded whilst in a dungeon and have been unable to get back into the game. Have now given up.!!

    Yeah a few hours ago I was getting crazy 999+ spikes. Everything was fine with my net connection. Just gave up playing.

    My game has been lagging all day. I am directly connected to fiber. It's got to be ESO or XBL.
