Which trails to run in ESO?

I hear so many people talking about running trails on the forums, but the only one I've found is the timed obstacle course on a small island off Auridon that you have to run to get sworn into the Veiled Heritance.
I've seen talk trail guilds, BiS trail gear discussions, and even Hard Mode trails, but I just can't seem to find any in the game.
Any advice on trails would be gladly appreciated.
