BUG: Mount Tap Sprint is Broken

@ZOS_GinaBruno The 3.2.8 update introduced a bug that breaks the mounted large speed boost that is intended to occur when tapping the sprint key. I confirmed this was an intended feature by digging up the beta patch notes from 0.16:
Perhaps it has something to do with this item in the 3.2.8 Patch Notes:

✭✭✭✭✭Oh wow I always thought that was the server reacting to lag and moving me forward faster to where I would’ve been if I hadn’t been lagging while tapping sprint (IE the server thought I was sprinting because of lag even when I wasn’t because I had rapidly let go so client side didn’t think that... so I was going sprint according to server and normal according to client and the burst of speed was just the game reconciling the two positions....
Very intetesting to see it was actually a feature at one point.

✭✭✭✭✭It was a functioning feature from 0.16 through 3.2.8. I used it every play session for years.
I think mounted tap sprint was broken when a mounted movement bug introduced in 3.2 was fixed in 3.2.8.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭@ZOS_GinaBruno This issue has not been addressed in the most recent PTS. I'm concerned someone at ZOS may have broken this feature without realizing it while fixing a bug in 3.2. As I wrote in my original post, I have confirmed that tap sprinting was an intended feature introduced in ESO 0.16.0
