Returning player- Question regarding CP in PVP

Hey guys Im a returning player to Eso, played to 50 around launch but got bored and quit. Now im back and Loving the game more then ever *Woot*, but im a little curious about CP In Pvpv. Im current CP 106 and i feel a tad useless in pvp. My build is coming along great (Stam Dk). but at what CP level will I have a slight chance at winning 1v1 encounters?

✭✭✭✭✭If it were me, I would choose the No-CP campaign in Cyrodiil ... until you're at the gear cap (CP160).
After that you should be a bit more competetive in a CP campaign.1 -
