I play a mag sorc and just looked at this set and its hard to pass up. But I think they will probably make a change like they did with pirate skeleton and make it not proc on shields. Just my thoughts.

For open world, when you get attacked by multiple people, weakening each attacker's damage by 15% is much more than anything you could do to increase your shield. Shields don't scale, Wizard's does.
In 1v1, no damage set can increase your damage by 15%. Wizard's gives you that damage difference. It's a numerical advantage.

How much is it? I think we are discussing this set for quite some time nowI am under 100% impression that riposte proc is halfed in PvP, though I have not tested it myself
