So my brother has finished the required the steps to unlock 2 of the clockwork city achievements, precursor maker and asylum sanctorium completed, yet they won't unlock. I've seen him beat the trial myself, and also the precursor quest. He's also got the in game ptecuror achievement yet it's still locked. What should he do? He doesn't have access to the forum so I will have to give any info or screenshots for him.
