The top, I won't call a shelf, sure you can put stuff on top of it. But is that wise? So I count only 2 shelves. Due to the middle board, being warped at the end. Just block the end and count 2. In the Lore, I'm really unsure. But in ESO on characters, I believe. Bosmer has 5 toes? No offense. I'm unsure how to zoom to. ( I know it's bad image) I also want to mention. I really need to read the Lore more.
